Job Title: Machine Operator Location: koregoan Bhima Experience Required: 0–2 Years Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Production Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality output in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform basic setup and adjustments on machines. Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Report machine malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area. Follow safety guidelines and company policies strictly. Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs under supervision. Keep production records and complete shift reports as required. Requirements: ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Science/Technical background preferred). 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (freshers are welcome). Basic understanding of mechanical processes and machine functions. Ability to read technical drawings or measurements is a plus. Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to factory conditions. Good attention to detail and a team-player attitude. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with tools and measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc. Basic computer knowledge (for machine interface or data entry). Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
